Here's what
you need:
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, confectioners sugar, lemon zest and juice and vanilla until sugar is completely dissolved. Spoon 2 Tbsp. granola, ¼ cup mixed berries and about ½ cup yogurt into each goblet or parfait glass. Top with ingredients in same order and top again with granola.
