Here's what
you need:
In a food processor, blend condensed milk, coconut and lemon juice until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Dip banana halves in milk mixture, roll in the corn flake crumbs and set aside. Dip chicken into remaining milk mixture; roll in the corn flake crumbs and place in two greased 13 x 9 x2 baking pans. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for an hour. Arrange bananas over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining butter. Bake 15 minutes longer until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Garnish with star fruit and kiwi. |
